AET Builders was founded in 2022 to revolutionize the building industry.  Today’s construction industry suffers from two major defects:  an antiquated building system and horrible customer service.  Other industries have modernized their designs, manufacturing and materials, but the construction industry is decades behind.  But that is beginning to change and AET Builders is part of the change.  As the building technologies aged, the problems, callbacks and defects increased and customer service evaporated.  Think about this…you know who built your car, but do you know who built your home?  The advent of new engineered building technologies has allowed AET Builders to completely redefine the construction system for homes.  The AET Building System brings home construction into the 21st Century.  Home builders who use the AET Building System will see their bottom line improved dramatically while improving their customer service.  A customer for life is no longer a dream but a reality.

Alvin Boone founded AET Builders after a career managing construction for the US Air Force and the FBI.  During his 30+ years in the federal government, he saw first hand how antiquated the building design and construction process was.  He experienced all of the horrors of construction, including major delays, huge cost overruns and poor quality.  As he undertook his own home building projects he discovered the revolution in building technology and methods that is slowly taking over the residential construction industry.
