While you do the “dirt work’–site preparation, utility runs, foundations–our production team will be manufacturing the floor, wall, roof and stair assemblies.  When the foundation is ready, AET Builders will arrive, layout the sill plates and the go to work assembling the house.  Our floor, wall and roof panels will click into place with plumbing, electrical and air conditioning systems already in place.  The exterior and interior sheathing is in place with insulation sandwiched in between.  Doors, windows…done.  Fast.

When AET Builders is done you can move forward with all of the finish trades such as cabinets, countertops, painting, millwork and trim.  Plumbing and electrical are ready for fixtures, the exterior is ready for the architectural elements.

Our process is completely different from what you have experienced in the past.  We have eliminated the need to coordinate the work of multiple trades.  We have eliminated the bickering on site about who put what in the wrong place and who is holding up progress.  There are no delays when your project is most vulnerable to weather damage.
